Your registration fee includes:
- Entry to all meeting sessions
- Entry to trade exhibition and poster area
- Morning/afternoon teas and lunches during the meeting
- Welcome Reception ticket
- Conference Dinner ticket
- Satchel & access to the ACRA 2017 Conference App
*One day delegates are not entitled to the inclusive Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner tickets; however tickets can be purchased at the guest rate.
**Students will be asked to provide proof of full time enrolment before registration payment may be finalised.
All online registrations will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration, together with a tax invoice receipt. Registrations will only be considered confirmed once payment is received.
Method of Payment
- Register online and pay by credit card. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and AMEX
- Visa/Mastercard will incur a surcharge of 1.5%. AMEX cards will incur a surcharge of 3.5%
- If you are unable to pay by credit card, EFT transfers will be acceptable also. Full payment details will be stated on your tax invoice.
All cancellations or alternations must be put in writing to the ACRA 2017 ASM Secretariat.
If cancellation is received in writing:
- Before 1 May 2017 – full refund of all monies paid.
- Before 3 July 2017 – 50% of registration fees payable as cancellation penalty.
- After 3 July 2017 – 100% of registration fees payable as cancellation penalty.
Please note that any accommodation booking cancelled after 3 July 2017 is subject to 100% cancellation fees charged directly by the hotel.
