This webinar was held on Monday 26 October 1.30-2pm and titled ‘The use of stem cells to create myocardium’, presented by Dr Zoe Clayton, a postdoctoral scientist in the Centre for Heart Research at the Westmead Institute for Medical Research. She received her PhD from the University of Sydney in 2017. Her research interests lie in developing novel therapies for cardiovascular diseases, with a particular focus on the use of stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes for cardiac repair.

ACRA NSW/ACT ‘Fantastic Five’ Webinar Series:  We will be hosting 5 webinars over the next 7 months with lots of interesting topics, speakers and an opportunity for clinicians to present their experiences with telehealth during these COVID-19 times. Each webinar will be no longer than 30 minutes and will be offered on different days and times, allowing everyone the opportunity to attend. In addition, we will be recording the webinars and making them available to all ACRA members on the ACRA website, in the Members Centre.
