A special conference rate has been secured for all delegates attending the ACRA 2018 ASM at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane. Accommodation can be booked now through the online conference registration.
Only bookings made through the ACRA 2018 ASM Secretariat will obtain these rates. Accommodation must be paid for in full 40 days prior to arrival. Any accommodation bookings with outstanding payments will be cancelled 40 days prior to the ACRA 2018 ASM. Registration cancellation terms and conditions apply to all accommodation bookings made through the ACRA 2018 ASM Secretariat.
The Hotel Grand Chancellor has secure, undercover car parking available. For those staying at the hotel, overnight parking is $20 per night.

Transport from Brisbane Airport
|The Airtrain has stations located at the Domestic and International airports. Trains depart every 15 minutes during peak hours and operate 5am-10pm, Monday to Friday and 6am -10pm on Saturday and Sunday.
It takes approximately 25 minutes to travel to Central Station, which offers the most direct route to the Hotel Grand Chancellor. The hotel is approximately a 15 minute uphill walk from Central Station. For the Airtrain timetable and fare details please see:
Special Offer for ACRA 2018 Delegates: Airtrain is offering ACRA 2018 Delegates a discounted fare of $25 return (Brisbane Airport to Central/Roma St Stations). The Discount Code (for online booking) and Discount Letter (for in person purchase) will be emailed to confirmed registered delegates closer to the conference start.
Con-x-ion Shuttle Bus service is timed to meet every flight arriving into Brisbane Airport seven days a week, offering one way or return shared 'door-to-door' coach services from the Airport to/from Brisbane city center and the Hotel Grand Chancellor.

Single Fare: $20 one way, $38 return
Double Fare: $31 one way, $60 return
Passengers can book transfers online or at the Con-x-ion customer service counter on Level 2 of the International Terminal and at the Con-x-ion kerbside booth at the Domestic Terminal. Visit the Con-x-ion website for more details www.con-x-ion.com.
Taxis are available 24/7 from taxi stands right outside the Domestic and International Terminals. During peak times, Kerbside Officers are on hand to assist.
At the Domestic Terminal, the taxi rank is located centrally in the front of the Terminal building. At the International Terminal, you will find the cab rank at the northern end of the terminal, through the doors and out to the left.
Be sure to allow approximately 30 minutes (depending on traffic conditions) to get from the airport to the Hotel Grand Chancellor.

Immediately opposite the Hotel Grand Chancellor, the Roma Street Parklands showcases some of Queensland's unique and varied subtropical plant life and is a popular spot to wander and relax, among locals and visitors to the area.
