Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or alternations must be put in writing to the ACRA 2019 Organising Committee.

If cancellation is received in writing:

  • Before 1 April 2019 – full refund of all monies paid.
  • Before 28 May 2019 – 50% of registration fees payable as cancellation penalty.
  • After 28 June 2019 – 100% of registration fees payable as cancellation penalty.


Disclaimer of Liability
The Conference Management Committee will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss of or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events.
