The Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation Association of New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory (CRA NSW&ACT) and the Heart Foundation have joined to bring together the best in cardiovascular health and rehabilitation in New South Wales. \nDon’t miss out on this great opportunity to: \nGet the latest information from national cardiovascular health experts. \nSharing of ideas with like-minded health professionals. \nTime for ‘networking’ in a relaxed atmosphere. \nDiscounted rates available for ACRA Members\, however all health professionals are welcome to attend. \nCRA NSW&ACT will be issuing Certificates of Attendance\, which can be used to assist in claiming CPD points.
