Our priority is the safety and well-being of our delegates and therefore we will adhere to local health department advice. Please see the Conference website here for further details on what measures are in place

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or alterations must be put in writing to the ACRA 2023 Organising Committee.

If cancellation is received in writing:

• Before July 11th 2023 – a full refund, less 25% admin fee will be issued.
• From July 11th - July 31st 2023 – 50% of registration fees + admin fee ($50) is payable as cancellation penalty.
• On or after July 31st 2023 – no refund will be issued. See COVID-19 policy below.

COVID-19 Cancellations: Additional arrangements will be made to accommodate delegates who are unable to attend last minute due to COVID diagnosis/isolation. In this case, you will be refunded the price of your registration.

At the time of registration, ACRA provided the most recent information available and the delegate accepts that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of ACRA. ACRA will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event. ACRA reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

The Conference Management Committee will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss of or damage to their personal property as a result of the meeting or related events.
